How do your shirt sizes work?

Two numbers: neck size (14½ to 17½) and sleeve length (32 to 36), both in inches. A 15½ / 34 has a 39 cm collar and an 86 cm sleeve. The Size Guide has conversion tables and a wizard.

I am between two neck sizes. Which one?

Take the larger one. A collar should close with room for one finger; one that pulls looks worse than one that is a little loose.

Does the collar or fit change the price?

No. Every shirt costs the same in all 35 sizes, all collars and both fits.

What is the difference between Tailored and Classic?

Tailored is shaped through the waist and has back darts. Classic is straight through the body with a box pleat at the back. Neck and sleeve are the same in both.

Are the shirts non-iron?

No, and we do not claim they are wrinkle-free. They are cotton (and one linen-cotton) shirts that crease with wear. Iron them while slightly damp and they come back easily.

What are the shirts made of?

The fibre composition is stated on every product page and on the sewn-in label: most are 100% cotton; the stretch poplin is 97% cotton and 3% elastane; the linen shirt is 55% linen and 45% cotton.

Which countries do you deliver to, and in which currency?

The EU countries listed on our Shipping page, the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, the United States and Canada. Prices are shown in the currency of the delivery country; you can change country and language with the button at the top of every page.

Will I pay customs duties?

Within the EU, no: prices include VAT. Deliveries to the UK, Norway, Switzerland, the US and Canada may be charged import taxes and duties by the destination country, payable on delivery.

How do I return something?

You have 14 days from delivery. Use Withdraw from contract here or email us, and we send you the return instructions. See Returns & Refunds.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, until it is dispatched: email us with the order number as soon as possible.

Which payment methods do you accept?

The methods available are shown at checkout. Payments are processed over an encrypted connection by our payment provider and appear on your statement as WISHAVELLE.

Do you have discount codes or sales?

No. We keep one clear price per product.
