Terms & Conditions
On this page
These terms apply to every order placed on wishavelle.shop. Please read them before you order; you accept them with the checkbox at checkout. Nothing in them limits your mandatory rights as a consumer.
1. Who we are
WISHAVELLE is a brand of RIGOR ABSOLUTO – VESTUÁRIO, LDA, a private limited company registered in Portugal, Rua De São Vicente Nr. 276, 4650-502 Sousa, Felgueiras, Portugal. Email support@wishavelle.shop, phone +351 918 375 640. Company registration details are on our Legal Information page.
2. Who can order
Our shop is for consumers aged 18 or over, buying for personal use, with a delivery address in one of the countries listed on our Shipping page. We do not sell for resale.
3. Products and sizes
Each product page describes the goods, including fibre composition, colour, cuffs and care. Dress shirts are sold in neck sizes 14½ to 17½ and sleeve lengths 32 to 36 (inches), in a Tailored or Classic fit, with a choice of collar; these options do not change the price. Photos show one collar and one fit, as stated on the product page. Colours can look slightly different on different screens. The sewn-in label is the reference for fibre composition.
4. Prices and currencies
Prices are shown in the currency of your delivery country (USD, EUR, GBP, DKK, SEK, NOK or CHF), with the currency code next to every price. The currency charged at checkout follows your billing country. Prices for deliveries within the EU include VAT. Delivery costs are shown in the bag and at checkout before you pay. For deliveries outside the EU, import taxes and duties may be charged by the destination country and are not included (see Shipping). We do not run promotions or discount codes; the price shown is the price.
5. How a contract is made
- You add products to the bag, enter your details and choose a payment method.
- Before ordering you can check and correct all entries. By clicking “Place order and pay” you make a binding offer to buy.
- We confirm receipt of your order by email. The contract is concluded when we send that confirmation. If we cannot accept an order (for example because an item is no longer available), we tell you and refund any payment immediately.
The contract language is English; these terms are also available in German, Danish, Swedish and French. We store the contract text, and the order confirmation email contains your order details and a link to these terms.
6. Payment
The payment methods available are shown at checkout. Your payment is charged when you place the order. Card payments are processed by our payment service provider over an encrypted connection; we never see or store your full card number. Your bank statement shows WISHAVELLE.
7. Delivery
Delivery costs, areas and estimated times are on our Shipping page. Unless another date has been agreed, we deliver within 30 days of the contract. Risk passes to you when you, or a person you name, receive the goods.
8. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (RIGOR ABSOLUTO – VESTUÁRIO, LDA, Rua De São Vicente Nr. 276, 4650-502 Sousa, Felgueiras, Portugal, support@wishavelle.shop, +351 918 375 640) of your decision by a clear statement, for example using our online function Withdraw from contract here, by email, or with the model withdrawal form, which is optional. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw, we reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except supplementary costs from choosing a delivery type other than our standard delivery), without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day we are informed of your decision. We use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest. You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Exception. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery. In our shop this concerns undershirts only.
9. Legal guarantee
You have the statutory guarantee of conformity of three years from delivery under Decree-Law 84/2021, with a two-year presumption that a fault existed at delivery. Details and how to claim: Legal Guarantee.
10. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under mandatory consumer and product liability law. Otherwise our liability for slight negligence is limited to foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract.
11. Complaints and dispute resolution
Please contact us first at support@wishavelle.shop; most problems are solved quickly that way. You can also file a complaint in the electronic complaints book (Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico).
In the event of a consumer dispute, you may turn to the following alternative dispute resolution entity (Law 144/2015):
TRIAVE – Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo do Ave, Tâmega e Sousa
Rua Capitão Alfredo Guimarães, 1, 4800-019 Guimarães, Portugal

More information on alternative dispute resolution entities in Portugal is available at www.consumidor.gov.pt. If you live in another EU country, the European Consumer Centre in your country can help with cross-border disputes (ECC-Net).
12. Applicable law
Portuguese law applies. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
13. Changes
We may update these terms for future orders. The version that applies to your order is the one shown when you placed it.
