Withdraw from contract

Use this form to withdraw from a contract within the 14-day withdrawal period. You do not need an account. After you confirm, we send you an acknowledgement by email with the date and time we received your withdrawal.

What happens next

We email you the return address and instructions within two business days. Send the goods back within 14 days of your withdrawal. We refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods are back with us or you have shown proof of sending them.
